Joaby Deal

Senior Engineer

Joaby Deal started working at One Union just months after it opened its doors in 1995.  He came on as an intern and rose through the ranks to assistant, and eventually Senior Engineer.  At this point, he’s been at One Union for more than half of his life!  When asked how he feels about working at one place for so long, Joaby says, “I kind of grew up here; it’s like a second home to me.  To be honest, I really can’t imagine working anywhere else.”

Andy Greenberg

Senior Engineer

After spending over ten years in Los Angeles, Andy relocated to his favorite city to further his audio career. Since his interview and acceptance of a position at One Union all in one day, the diversity of his job is something he values very much. “I’ve always been a tech head, I learn the gear from back to front. That’s my passion. With One Union’s constant gear upgrades I get to play with new gear all the time.” he says. “I love to work with cutting edge technology and share with our clients the highest quality audio available today.” Wearing many hats, Andy has been hard at work designing, programming and upgrading all the studios at One Union, but is still highly committed to his engineering work. He especially looks forward to recording ADR and AVO for films and TV shows such as The Orient Express, Somebody’s Gotta Do It, Silicon Valley, and Deadliest Catch with Mike Rowe. Andy has been creating awesome work for clients such as Honda, Chevron, Warriors, Juniper Systems, Dockers and The Bay Club to name a few.

His work has encompassed recording, talent direction, sound design, editing, mixing, ADR, foley, and facility consultation. On his favorite part of the job, Matt loves all the ins and outs that working with audio gives him on a daily basis.
